engineering executive Roger Townsend has joined the company to lead its North American Vehicle Programs &amp; Development Group (VPD) business unit.<\/p><p>Townsend brings with him a wealth of industry experience, having worked at major automotive companies such as Ford, FCA, Jaguar, Nissan, Daimler Benz, and Magna Steyr.
