Ajoyendra Mukherjee is the Chairman and Independent Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical and electronics) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He was previously associated with Tata Consultancy Services Limited for almost four decades, where he held positions such as the head of business operations in Eastern India, Middle East and Africa, Switzerland, global head of CSR function, global head of energy and utilities practice and executive vice president and global head of human resources.

Mr. Mukherjee serves on the Board of West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Limited, Amalgamated Plantations Private Limited and TCS Foundation. He also sits on the Board of Tata Technologies Pte. Ltd. Singapore, a material subsidiary of the Company. He has been the Chairman of the Company since February 21, 2023.

Usha Sangwan is an Independent Director of the Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and a master’s degree in arts (economics) from Panjab University and a post-graduate diploma in human resource management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. has successfully completed a licentiate examination (life branch) from Federation of Insurance Institutes. She is a member of the Financial Services Institutions Bureau, Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a charter member of Equalifi. Prior to joining the Company, she was associated with the Life Insurance Corporation of India as the managing director.

Currently, Mrs. Sangwan serves on the Board of Tata Motors Limited, Torrent Power Limited, SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, Trident Limited, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited, and CTFE Learning Private Limited.

Nagaraj Ijari is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (textiles) from the Bangalore University and has completed the advanced management program from the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Gherzi Eastern Limited as senior programmer, Mafatlal Consultancy Services (India) Limited as systems engineer, and Tata Consultancy Services as head – business unit.

Mr. Ijari serves on the Board of Tata Motors Global Services Limited, Tata Capital Limited, and Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. He also sits on the Board of Tata Technologies Europe Limited, UK, a material subsidiary of the Company.

Aarthi Sivanandh is an Independent Director of the Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras, a bachelor’s degree in law from the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and a master’s degree in law from Tulane University. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. She is presently an equity partner with J. Sagar Associates.

Ms. Sivanandh serves on the Board of Tata Technologies Inc. USA, a material subsidiary of the Company.

Shailesh Chandra is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology in mechanical engineering from Banaras Hindu University and an executive master’s degree in business administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. Earlier he was associated with Tata Motors Limited as Head – Strategy and Business Transformation. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Limited and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, subsidiaries of Tata Motors Limited. He serves on the Board of Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited and also a few foreign companies like Trilix S.r.l. and Tata Motors Design Tech Centre Plc.

Dhiman Gupta is a Non-Executive Director of the Company and the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited. A seasoned finance leader with nearly two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and strategic transformation.

Since joining the Tata Motors Group in 2018, Dhiman has held several pivotal roles, including Vice President – Treasury, Investor Relations, and M&A. He has been instrumental in key strategic initiatives such as the subsidiarization of the passenger vehicle business, raising $1 billion in growth capital for the EV division from TPG Rise, overseeing the acquisition of Ford’s Gujarat plant, and contributing to the successful IPO of Tata Technologies.

Prior to Tata Motors, he was part of the Group Chairman’s Office at Tata Sons, advising multiple group companies on business strategy and M&A. He began his career in the Corporate Finance team at Standard Chartered Bank.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad, Dhiman currently serves on the boards of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited and Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited.

Warren Kevin Harris is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (technology) from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, the University of Wales. He holds a doctorate in philosophy (honoris causa) from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. He has completed the advanced management programme from Harvard Business School. He is a chartered mechanical engineer registered with and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He was also awarded with the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for outstanding services to the nation as part as a member of the Board of Overseers of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for the period from 2013-2016. He has been associated with the Company since October 1, 2005. He is currently a director of certain of the subsidiaries, namely, Tata Manufacturing Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Limited, Tata Technologies Europe Limited, Tata Technologies, Inc., Tata Technologies Nordics AB (previously known as Escenda Engineering AB), Tata Technologies Pte Ltd and Tata Technologies S.R.L., Cambric Limited, Bahamas, INCAT International Plc., and BMW TechWorks India Private Limited, the JV of the Company.

Warren Kevin Harris is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (technology) from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, the University of Wales. S Sukanya is the Chief Transformation Officer of the company. She is responsible for the transformation across the value chain including Business Excellence, IT and Cyber security, with a focus on driving excellence across sales, delivery and customer experience and building an AI-First future-ready enterprise backbone, embedding secure, resilient AI infrastructure. 

She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Informatics from Bharathiar  University. Before joining the company, she worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS). During her 33+ years stint at TCS, she made valuable contributions to various leadership roles in the company.

Uttam Gujrati is the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Technologies. A seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in strategic finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), pricing, and enterprise transformation across the global engineering and technology services landscape.

At Tata Technologies, Uttam leads global business finance and strategy, playing a key role in driving IPO readiness, implementing pricing governance, enabling digital finance modernization, and delivering enterprise-wide margin expansion. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning financial goals with business growth, ensuring long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Tata Technologies, Uttam held CXO-level roles, including Chief Financial Officer, where he built governance and compliance frameworks, led multi-cycle audit and reporting readiness initiatives, and supported large-scale operational scale-ups and investment preparedness. He has partnered closely with global engineering businesses to lead high-value deal pricing, financial integration, and transformation initiatives across diverse geographies.

Recognized with multiple national awards for finance leadership, Uttam is widely respected for his data-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented approach and is a trusted strategic partner to CEOs, boards, and leadership teams.

Geena Binoy is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. She is responsible for human resources strategy, focusing on talent supply chain and talent development, supporting the Company’s ambitious growth plans, and strengthening Tata Technologies’ culture of learning, innovation, and inclusivity. 

She also heads Facilities & Admin and the iGETit business, ensuring an integrated approach to enabling enterprise capability and operational excellence across the organization. Additionally, she previously led Global Delivery for Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES), bringing a strong business and delivery perspective that uniquely strengthens her ability to align talent strategy with organizational growth. 

She holds a master’s degree in arts, in economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and a master’s diploma in business administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Before joining the Company, she was associated with Tata Motors Limited.

Nachiket Paranjpe leads the company’s Global Industries business and Embedded Systems Solutions (ESS) delivery, managing the Automotive, Aerospace, IHM, and Products verticals. He is responsible for driving growth, strengthening sales-delivery accountability, expanding cross-selling across Products and Services, and accelerating diversification beyond anchor customers. He also leads the ESS consulting business and oversees enterprise-wide pre-sales and bid management. 

With over 30 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the United States, Nachiket has a strong track record in driving business growth, strengthening sales-delivery execution, and cross-portfolio expansion. He is known for building high-performing teams, delivering consistent customer outcomes, and shaping large strategic deals. He also brings an entrepreneurial mindset, having spent 14 years building and scaling a business across Europe and APAC. 

He has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, holds an MBA from Purdue University, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune.

Anish Raghunandan is the President, Operations & Client Partner – Tata Motors Group at Tata Technologies. He is responsible for deepening the strategic partnership with Tata Motors and leading digital and AI-led engineering transformation initiatives that support its accelerated growth journey.
 
With over 25 years of experience across multiple Tata Group companies, including Tata Industries, Tata Sons, and Tata Consultancy Services, Anish brings a strong track record in business transformation, strategic investments, and scaling operations across technology, engineering, and digital domains. Prior to joining Tata Technologies, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director at Tata ClassEdge, where he successfully transformed the business into a financially self-sustaining, high-growth EdTech enterprise.
 
A graduate of NIT Calicut, Anish is also an alumnus of the prestigious Tata Administrative Services (TAS) program, class of 2007. He has held leadership roles across Singapore, the UK, and the US, with operational experience spanning key global markets including China, Vietnam, Japan, and Italy.

Komal Chhabra leads Strategy, Corporate Development and Marketing for Tata Technologies, where she is responsible for shaping enterprise strategy and marketing, driving acquisitions and strategic partnerships. In her current role, she focuses on long-term value creation through expanding market presence, deepening ecosystem partnerships, and elevating global brand positioning.

Previously, as the Global Head of Industrial Heavy Machinery (IHM) business vertical, Komal led the transformation of the business, driving growth across strategic accounts, expanding market presence, and strengthening commercial performance. 

With nearly two decades of experience, Komal has led both strategic and operating functions across complex, international businesses – consistently building organisations and delivering growth at scale. 

Prior to joining Tata Technologies, she held progressive roles at Bharti Enterprises, Sterlite Technologies, Pernod Ricard, John Deere, and Ernst & Young. 

Komal is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 43) and an alumna of INSEAD, France, where she completed her Leadership and General Management Programme.

Shailesh Pramod Saraph is the Executive Vice President and Global Head – Education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in management science, and a master’s degree in business administration and has a diploma in business management from the University of Pune. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Tata Motors Limited.

Yogesh Deo is the Executive Vice President & Global Delivery Head – Engineering, Research and Development (ER&D) and Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) at Tata Technologies, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in digital engineering and enterprise transformation. An M.Tech graduate from IIT Kanpur, he is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in driving large-scale digital and manufacturing transformations. 

In his current role, Yogesh leads global delivery for DES, overseeing a diverse portfolio that spans MES, PLM, ERP, Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI solutions for leading global clients across automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. He plays a critical role in ensuring delivery excellence, scalability, and execution rigor, while strengthening integration between consulting, client engagement, and delivery.
 
His contributions include the development of proprietary Knowledge-Based Engineering platforms, the delivery of end-to-end digital manufacturing solutions, and the establishment of AI/ML frameworks to solve complex industrial challenges. 

Yogesh is also an active thought leader, having published and presented at national and international forums, and has received multiple innovation awards recognizing his impact. Additionally, he is a Gold Certified TBEM Assessor, reflecting his strong commitment to business excellence and quality frameworks.

Anjali Balagopal serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Tata Technologies and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She leads the company’s global legal and regulatory function, overseeing legal strategy, compliance, ethics, contracting, and intellectual property across all Tata Technologies group entities. With over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, Anjali brings deep expertise in contracting, dispute resolution, IP strategy, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, and global compliance. Before joining Tata Technologies in July 2020, she held leadership roles at Infosys Ltd., including Assistant General Counsel and Associate Vice President. Anjali plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s governance and risk frameworks. She partners closely with the Board’s Audit Committee and has led key initiatives across global geographies, including the legal readiness for Tata Technologies’ IPO in India. She has been instrumental in building enterprise-wide legal frameworks and driving more agile, resilient contracting processes. A law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, Anjali also leads Tata Technologies’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and actively mentors future leaders, especially women professionals. Her work has been recognised with multiple industry awards for excellence in legal leadership.
